Reunion II

Benjamin Omoike studied painting at Auchi Polytechnic, Nigeria, an adventure which began due to his love for colours. He uses art as a medium to explore and express the living condition and mood of the urban community through his imagination. 

Benjamin Omoike’s paintings are characterized by bold colours, aided by the fusion of ropes, nylon, forms, motifs and acrylic to give a dramatic finish. He keeps to the bright style of abstract expressionism, an art which aims to be expressive or emotional in its effect. 

Benjamin Omoike’s subjects are hard to read, which somewhat sets them apart from his landscapes and other oil paintings.
