Onyinye Anatogu

Onyinye Anatogu (b.1997) is a visual artist based in Lagos, Nigeria. She interchangeably works with oil and pastels but enjoys exploring other materials. She sees her art as a journey and a journal of her experiences across different phases of her life which is inclusive of shared experiences with others. Anatogu's figurative works capture the exaggerated yet relatable emotions of women. 

She earned her bachelor of arts degree at the University of Benin, Nigeria through
which she interned at the Universal Studios of art at the National Theatre and further honed her skills. Her paintings have graced various exhibition halls and are in the collections of prestigious private collectors in the world.
